FEATURE: Allow to change position of browser tabs on Top/Down/Left/Right

This is a feature request I consider essential for any modern browser.

Vertical space is very sparse for today's web, every px of height counts. On the other hand, on 1920px wide screen most of the webs looks same as with ~1800px wide.

Having possibility to have tabs on the side of the screen is a big plus, especially with most of people having open more than 20 tabs that can fit better on side of the screen.
