Crash relaunching Twitter PWA

Steps to Reproduce

1. install 1.36.108
2. launch Brave
3. load twitter.com
4. click on the 3-dots menu
5. More Tools -> Create shortcut...
6. I can't recall whether Open as window was checked; try with and without
7. click Create
8. shut down Brave
9. click on the Twitter PWA shortcut
10. browse around
11. click on the 3-dots menu
12. click Uninstall Twitter...
13. repeat steps 3-12 until you're able to reproduce the crash 🤞
