Make city selection more visual

It would be great if the cities are presented by their emblems or a picture of a landmark instead of their names on the "select a city" page when looking for a role model.

Or maybe go directly to the role models and filter later by citys, we already have some role models who don't appear on any link on the page because they are neither from hamburg or berlin: https://rent-a-role-model.herokuapp.com/users

Why not both? This:

as a first step with filtering by Javascript on the client side would be a good start imo ^^. After that we could think about some kind of icon or so per city.

what do you think about that? it's not with any fancy javascript selection right now but it's a starting point right?
