Add min and max option for text input

Being able to specify a maxlength for text input fields (both short and long) would be very useful to put an upper limit on the length of user input heading to an AI block that charges bsed on input token count.

The min and max attributes (mentioned in the issue title) constrain numeric inputs only. I think that the minlength and maxlength attributes would be the relevant ones here.
