I'm considering how best to do this - a few options:
sync the config directory. currently breaks because config directory stores absolute paths on the host machine along with the device and inode, rather than relative symlinks or content addressing.
sync the mounted filesystem. not feeling brave enough to try right now, but I expect it to break because syncthing can't resolve where the symlinks should be pointing on the receiving end, and syncthing will likely attempt to use unimplemented operations.
treat the supertag layout as a cached side effect of a script, make a custom tag ln alternative that simply appends lines to that script, and then run that script to generate the tag filesystem any time either end changes. sounds overly slow.
modify supertag to use symlinks relative to one or more base directories (which would be configured as the synced directory)
other? maybe I missed a path
If anyone happens to have any thoughts on these ideas I'm curious!
