New Considerations

Use $ as the command switch instead of @
Use backtick character (`) to quote phrases as identifiers.
Adopt XID from Unicode Standard Annex #31:
Ignoring indentations within braces see Rust's raw strings as well as Racket's @-expressions)
Literal raw string ergonomics
Usage of negative lookahead for grammar rules
