Rename to 'standards' to accomodate the 3 types of standards/grammars

What's being worked on:

• Visual grammar/standard (shapes and what they represent)
• Interchange format (some json structure for machine-machine communication)
• syntax/grammar for describing maps like in onlinewardleymaps and mapscript

All 3 are in different stages of evolution and can proceed independently.
Rename repo so that it accomodates all 3.
After critical mass, can break each out to its own repo.
