Calculate the median of the pedvar event-wise with time-cuts applied.

Average pedestal variance for time interval under consideration is required for the IRF extraction.

Check how pedvarsOn in tRunSummary tree is calculated and understand if this is suitable. Otherwise calculate average of event-wise pedvars from DL3Eventtree (variable MeanPedvar)
