Instead of using the implementation written in V2DL3 we use routine in VEGAS. There is also the change from using average quantities to the event by event quantities for everything except for noise. Do we use average noise in VEGAS EA references or event by event?
I would appreciate a quick test with the flag on and a double check of the logic. It's difficult to double check the energies as the final energies don't appear to be saved in Stage 6.
