Nitrox fails to launch Subnautica in protontricks

Describe the issue

I used protontricks to launch the Nitrox Launcher, which works perfectly, however, as soon as I try to start Subnautica up through the launcher, it does nothing, until an error pops up saying that the attempt to start up the game timed out.

What can I do to fix this?

(I selected other because this isn't necessarily a bug, rather just a problem that I need help with.)
