Basically, most of the ANOTHER charts in 6th and 7th mixes don't get extracted. However, there's no problem extracting them from THE FINAL.
I'm saying most because some of the ANOTHER charts have their own song folder, most likely due to usage of separate sound data (Pink Dream from 6th MIX has each difficulty in its own folder when extracted). Those charts are unaffected.
In 6th and 7th mix, to access an ANOTHER chart, hold the difficulty selection keys (two black keys) for a while, and keep holding them while selecting, as letting go will switch back to normal charts.

This could be due to the lack of proper offsets for the extra data. The charts could really be anywhere within each 16MB block. Often, except for the regular difficulty chart, they'll be located after the audio data in the 0xF02000 and 0xF03000 regions. I will have a look to see if there are perhaps other offsets that are possible.
