Description

According to this issue resizing of this widget has been turned off.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new project in Design Editor
  2. Edit package.json of the progress element (change the resizable property to true)
  3. Rebuild DE, and relaunch it
  4. Try to resize progress element

Expected behaviour

Element is resizing by the same way (both circle and value part)

Actual behaviour

Value part of element crashes its look
