After Set pin to OUTPUT, user is not able to Reset it to INPUT:

picoha_dio_request: {'type': 'SET_PIN_DIRECTION', 'pinNum': 28, 'value': 'INPUT'}
picoha_dio_answer: {'type': 'SUCCESS'}
picoha_dio_request: {'type': 'GET_PIN_DIRECTION', 'pinNum': 28, 'value': 'LOW'}
picoha_dio_answer: {'type': 'SUCCESS', 'value': 'OUTPUT'}
