+Corrected description of ICE_THICKNESS_INIT_CONFIG

  Corrected the content in the descriptions in the get_param calls for
ICE_THICKNESS_INIT_CONFIG and two other parameters, and removed tabs from these
get_param calls to help ensure consistent formatting across compilers.  All
answers in the MOM6-examples test suite are bitwise identical, but there are
changes in the SIS_parameter_doc files.
