Removed space between arrays and indices in MOM_ice_shelf

  Changed 'array (...)' to 'array(...)' and 'call sub (...)' to 'call sub(...)'
in numerous places in MOM_ice_shelf.F90.  All answers are bitwise identical,
and only white-space is changed.
