Put hamburger menu in a sidepanel

Add a button "Options" to the menubar that slides out the panel. If possible, add a "sidebar" icon (rotate the window maximize outline 90 degrees left).

Instead of a popup menu, slide a panel into view that contains the menu options. The panel slides into view from the left margin.

Put the "hide metrics that don't need action" menu item where the hamburger menu is now, using the same eye toggle button that is used for the "hide entities marked as false positives" toggle in the measurement entities tables.
