This will need the usual flat namespace patch, probably https://github.com/Homebrew/formula-patches/blob/master/libtool/configure-pre-0.4.2.418-big_sur.diff because it's an older formula. If that doesn't work then we usually need https://github.com/Homebrew/formula-patches/blob/master/libtool/configure-big_sur.diff, and if that doesn't work then a manual fix is probably needed.
