I've done this in classes before where students are given sticky notes and encouraged to write down what they got (i.e. what they received that has supported their learning) and what they need (i.e. what could be done to better supported their learning). The nice thing about this is that it can be anonymous so students can ask questions without feeling self-conscious. We could put the gots/needs board somewhere out of immediate focus so people could go up there throughout the day and we can check at the end of each break to address needs.
