Include a column with DOI in the station list

Grab the DOI for networks from some official provider and include it as an extra column in the station list. Not only the ID but formatted as a link.

This is outside the original core task of WebDC - give me data for some stations at some times - but would be a nice feature, and promote recognition of both data set providers and the DOI idea.

I guess the back-end metadata collector would query the FDSN service and cache the results.
