How to create tiny DOTA-v2.0

Could you give more detailed information about the creation of the dataset? For example, the steps after downloading the dataset. Do I need to unzip zip files before running your code? Thanks.

I think the answer to my previous question is yes. I have successfully created tiny-dota. However, I have one more question. There are two types of annotation OBB and HBB. Do I have to create two tiny-dota datasets for those two types of annotation? or there is a better way to include both OBB and HBB annotations.
