[FEATURE] Better interface for thresholding region of interest #27

When creating a region of interest based on a thresholded image, the interface for selecting the threshold should be interactive.

Include sliders for selecting minimum and maximum thresholds. When either value is changed, then display the region of interest as it would be with the selected thresholds.
Include check boxes for selecting whether "equal to" is included in the thresholds
